    Land and Sea Detailing Inc may send text messages to clients and prospective clients who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive SMS communications. This policy explains how we use text messaging, what types of messages we send, and how you can opt out at any time.     We only send text messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Consent may be obtained through our website contact form when you check the opt-in box, by texting us directly at (754) 368-0621, by verbally agreeing to receive text messages when speaking with our team, or by submitting your phone number through any of our digital platforms with SMS consent language present. Opting in to text messages is never a requirement to receive our services or request a quote. Consent to receive text messages is specific to Land and Sea Detailing Inc and is not shared with or transferred to any third party.

    Message Frequency and Timing

    Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and communication preferences. We will not send more than 3 text messages within any rolling 24-hour period in compliance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act. We will not send text messages before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in the recipient's local time zone as required by both the federal TCPA and the Florida FTSA. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

    How to Opt Out

    You may opt out of receiving text messages from Land and Sea Detailing Inc at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional or marketing text messages will be sent to your number. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at (754) 368-0621 or by emailing richardnoto1258@gmail.com and requesting to be removed from our SMS list. We honor all opt-out requests immediately and maintain records of all opt-outs.

    Land and Sea Detailing Inc sends business text messages through registered A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-digit long code) channels as required by mobile carriers and the CTIA. Our messaging program is registered with carriers to ensure reliable delivery and compliance with all applicable regulations. This registration helps prevent our messages from being filtered as spam and ensures our clients receive the communications they have requested.

    Data and Privacy

    Your mobile phone number and consent records are stored securely and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We maintain records of all SMS consent and opt-out requests as required by the TCPA for a minimum of 5 years.
