What type of wax do you use?
We use premium polymer marine waxes selected for their UV resistance, water repellency, and durability in saltwater environments. We do not use automotive waxes on marine surfaces as they are not formulated for the demands of the marine environment.
Can you wax a boat that has oxidation?
Light oxidation can sometimes be addressed as part of a wash and wax service. Moderate to heavy oxidation requires compounding first to remove the damaged surface layer before wax can properly bond and produce a lasting shine. We will assess your vessel's condition and recommend the right approach.
