Yacht Maintenance Programs. Your Vessel Preserved to the Highest Standard.

Comprehensive routine maintenance for South Florida yacht owners who demand consistent, professional care year round.

Jason and Richard Have Been Maintaining South Florida Vessels Since 2011

Jason Rockwood and Richard Noto bring 59 combined years of professional marine detailing and vessel maintenance experience to every program they manage. Since founding Land and Sea Detailing Inc in 2011 they have maintained hundreds of South Florida vessels ranging from 25 foot center consoles to 100 foot motoryachts, developing deep familiarity with the specific challenges that Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach's marine environment creates for vessel owners. When you put your vessel on a Land and Sea maintenance program you are not hiring a crew. You are hiring a team that has seen everything South Florida can throw at a boat and knows exactly how to stay ahead of it.

One Relationship. Complete Peace of Mind.

Owning a yacht in South Florida means your vessel faces constant exposure to saltwater, UV radiation, heat, and humidity. Without consistent professional maintenance these elements degrade surfaces, mechanical systems, and appearance faster than most owners expect. Our yacht maintenance programs give you a single trusted team managing every aspect of your vessel's appearance and condition on a schedule that works around your calendar and your vessel's operational requirements.

    Frequently Asked Questions.

What is included in a yacht maintenance program?

Our programs include routine washing, hull and topside inspection, brightwork care, teak treatment, canvas inspection, bilge checks, dock line adjustment, condition photography, and monthly reports. Programs are customized based on your vessel's size, use frequency, and specific requirements.

How often should my yacht be visited under a maintenance program?

Most active vessels benefit from weekly visits. Vessels used less frequently do well with biweekly or monthly programs. We assess your vessel and recommend the right frequency based on its condition, use, and exposure.

Do you service vessels while they are in the water?

Yes. All routine maintenance visits are performed dockside while the vessel remains in the water. Services requiring haul out such as bottom work are coordinated separately.

Can I add services outside my regular maintenance schedule?

Yes. Maintenance program clients receive priority scheduling for additional services such as full details, ceramic coating, teak restoration, and brightwork restoration at any time.

    Do you provide condition reports?

Yes. Every maintenance visit includes detailed photographs of the vessel's condition which are sent to you after each service. Monthly summary reports provide an overview of work completed and any items requiring attention.
