Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at landseadetailinginc.com or engaging Land and Sea Detailing Inc for services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Land and Sea Detailing Inc.
Services
Land and Sea Detailing Inc provides professional mobile yacht detailing, marine ceramic coating, teak restoration, brightwork restoration, interior detailing, aviation detailing, and mobile auto detailing services throughout South Florida. All services are performed on site at the client's location. Service availability is subject to weather conditions, marina access, and scheduling availability. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or conditions that would prevent safe and effective service delivery.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Land and Sea Detailing Inc are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual vessel condition, surface oxidation, scope of work, marina access, and travel distance. Any additional work required beyond the original quote will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding. We do not begin additional work without client authorization.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit card payments through our secure payment processor. For large projects or ceramic coating applications a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late payment fee and collection action.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule in these situations.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that Land and Sea Detailing Inc has safe and legal access to the vessel or vehicle being serviced. The client is responsible for disclosing any known damage, sensitive surfaces, or special handling requirements prior to service. The client is responsible for removing all personal valuables from the vessel or vehicle prior to our arrival. Land and Sea Detailing Inc is not responsible for items left inside a vessel or vehicle during service.
Limitation of Liability
Land and Sea Detailing Inc carries full liability insurance and performs all services with professional care. In the event of damage caused by our negligence our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions that existed prior to our service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address your concern at no charge. This guarantee applies to workmanship and product application and does not cover normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of Land and Sea Detailing Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
